Charles Petzold is one of my programming heroes. I have read almost all the books he has written. I like everything he writes. Six months ago, his most beloved book into its sixth edition, Windows Programming, Sixth Edition.
For this reason, I was very happy when I found a long interview with him at Microsoft Virtual Academy website. Here we include answers to why it has taken him more a decade between version five and six of this book. We also get to hear him discuss the difference between C # and C + + and what he prefers.
